Through Discovery Outreach, the Morgridge Institute for Research and the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation spark a curiosity in science for thousands of children, families and educators across Wisconsin. Our cutting-edge, hands-on science programs and events – many of them free – introduce vibrant UW-Madison science to an eager public looking to expand their creativity and imagination.

Programs include the signature, annual Wisconsin Science Festival that celebrates science across the state of Wisconsin, the monthly Saturday Science events, as well as weekly and monthly programs that bring science to economically disadvantaged elementary, middle and high school students.
